We often get requests for technical, maintenance and engineering training courses for both public and on-site training across South East Asia and the Middle East. We are looking for people interested in providing this training.

If you like to present training in your discipline to diverse groups of people, and don't mind travelling away for a few days at a time, please send us your resume and a list of the training topics you can present. Later we will request examples of your presentations and their content.

You will need to develop your own PowerPoint training materials in English and present the content clearly and comfortably in English. Each training topic will need a course workbook that you also develop. The workbook includes descriptions of your course content, relevant and useful articles that you may have written, or can provide as reference. The course workbook will also contain at least two valuable activities, or thorough case studies, for each day of the course, which you do with Attendees during the training.

We find that to do a good presentation needs a minimum of 80 slides and 2-3 interactive sessions daily. Attendees like it when you incorporate enlightening activities and exemplary case-studies to make the day interesting and practical. You will need a minimum 50 - 50 ratio of images to text in your presentation. Greater than 50% content of images, graphics, tables, graphs, etc. is preferred. Less than 50% content of graphics and images will require you to develop the presentation further to include more explanatory graphics. You also need to explain each slide's content in its 'notes' page. Your notes must have sufficient clarity and information to allow others from your discipline to understand what the slide is about, and to grasp what knowledge you are trying to impart to course Attendees. We will review all presentations and provide you with feedback.

You will need to provide your own laptop for presentations, and come prepared for the electrical power supply voltage and current available in the training locality. Your passport will need to be valid for at least six months after the date you leave the country following your assignment. In some countries you can only enter by request. An invitation letter will be provided to you if necessary. You will need to get an entry visa to visit the country from its Embassy nearest to where you live. Fees will be payable and these are reimbursed on evidence of receipt.

All work is done in a contract basis for a set fee to deliver the course. You invoice us once the assignment is completed. Our payment terms are 30-days after end of month, with moneys transferred electronically direct into your bank account. Pay rates are flexible and depend on what Clients will pay. Typically, payment is around that expected for a senior consultant with solid knowledge and experience in their discipline. All travel is pre-paid economy class and a quality hotel room with breakfast and one meal a day is provided. Transport between airport and training venue is also provided. All other costs are paid by you.

At the completion of your course the Attendees evaluate you on a feedback questionnaire. The training providers inform us how you rated. The ratings affect our decision to use you again.
