It is pretty simple really. You join as a freelance volunteer and put your expertise and time into our business for a share of the future profits you help create.
It is a business opportunity where the investment is just your time and knowledge. You joint venture with us by giving your time and work for free, and you earn future income from the profits generated by the services and/or products you help to make and/or sell.
The agreed profit share from your work gets banked in a PayPal account for that project. Each project has its own project account. As long as the project continues turning a profit you will get your portion forevermore. You can take your money at any time, or you can leave the money in the kitty for another day.
Everyone working on the project gets their agreed share of its future profits. We try hard to keep things fair for everyone involved.
You can work on as many projects as you want. But you must deliver the requirements set for you, to the agreed quality and performance, before your work gets included into the profit sharing. If your work is not suitable you will be asked to correct it by a set date. Non-performance, dishonesty and unethical acts are the only things that prevent you getting your profit share.
If you are after fast money then this business opportunity is not for you! Profits from joint venture projects can take a long time to accrue (though they can also take just a few weeks). You have to be the sort of person willing to delay gratification now for a share of bigger things to come.

Put your entrepreneurial spirit to work and willingly put your time and best work into a project for a share of the resulting profits as your future income. You work with people from the LRS Consultant Network in making a new product and/or delivering a service to their Clients. Your time is given free and you will be paid a share of the project profits and/or a commission, as agreed with the Network Consultant. Your agreed profit share from sales go into the project kitty from which your payment is drawn.
You will need to legally organise yourself to be a joint venture project partner with us. You must be a separate legal entity to the rest of the people on the Project Team. When you join a team you carry the obligations for performance and you carry any associated project risk. The payments you receive for your work in a project will be from the income that Clients pay us.
Help create new products and deliver valuable services through the LRS Consultant Network for a lifetime share of the profits
You must be able to contribute to a product's development and construction, or provide a valuable service to Clients. Network Consultants are not obliged to use you, and who they select to work with is completely their own choice.
For your efforts you get the share of future profit from the venture that you negotiated with your Network Consultant. Network Consultants project manage the work activities and market the final products and services to Industry and Clients.

You become a joint venture investor with a Network Consultant under a profit-share arrangement put into place for the project. Typically you get the agreed share of the profits after all project costs are paid. Payments will be made from the project kitty into your bank account electronically.
You can only be paid from profits that arise from the venture. The profit comes from selling the product or service to customers, so a project has to be marketable to paying customers. No one wants to develop products and services unless there is a sure market for them. There maybe entreprenurial risks in a project and you will need to accept that risk when you invest your time and efforts with a Network Consultant on a project.
Your share of project profits is commensurate with the value contribution you provide to the project by your work. This means that the profit share you get is not based on the time you spend on the project, but on the value your work delivers to the project outcome. The value contributed is assessed by the Network Consultant and will be reflected in the profit share arrangement you negotiate with the Network Consultant.
You can work on more than one project at the same time, as well as work with more than one Network Consultant at the same time.
